We are still having an issue with spam bots. We are getting anywhere from 10 to 20 a day and it is too time consuming to keep up at this pace. Therefore a couple of changes are being implemented as of today.

1. If you only list a screen name and an email address the account WILL NOT BE activated.

2. If we think you are human, you will receive 2 email responses. (Be sure to include reading or writing as a hobby.)

  • The first is a general email called "New User Account". This is just an informational email that says an account has been created.
  • The second is an email called "Jean Johnson Forum New User Account". In order for the account to be activated you must respond to this email within 4 days of receiving it. If not, the account will not be activated. Be sure to check in SPAM or BULK mail for these emails, as that is where some emails (like Yahoo) are sending them..
